Now Hiring for Low Voltage BAS Installers for our growing business. This is full time position that will sometimes consist of night or weekend work. Pay rate will be based on experience level.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Install wire cabling and control devices, make wire terminations to devices and control panels.
• Assist with system start-up and checkout.
• Follow guidelines to maintain the integrity of our communications networks. i.e., BACnet, Modbus, Ethernet or Lonworks.
• Must maintain good teamwork and able to follow directions set forth by team leaders or supervisors.
• Maintain a positive attitude in dealing with customers and co-workers and always looking to improve work quality.
• Maintain a clean work area and dispose of trash and debris properly.
• Must be able to pass Security Background Checks and random Drug Tests.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Physical Factors

• Able to work in heated conditions throughout the day.
• Must be able to work all of the state of Arizona.
• Work a 40 hour week and some overtime as required.
• Must be able to stand, walk, climb for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Must be able to work from ladders or scissor lifts for extended periods throughout the workday
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs. if necessary.
• Must be able to work in PPE gear the entire workday.

Skills & Education

• High School Graduate or GED equivalent.
• HVAC or Electrical experience preferred, but not necessary.
• Must be able to work with hand and power tools.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and clean Driving record.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be self-motivated and have a go-getter attitude.
• Able to read blueprints and follow color coded wiring schemes.
